Catching Up.

Day 9: Someone you wish you could meet:
Dear Spock,
I look up to you a lot. I think you are the most amazing Vulcan. You have such courage, especially when you stood up in front of the Vulcan board and after saying your case, you said "Live long and prosper!" Oh man. It was amazing. I just wish I could meet you. Sometimes I pretend to be you and push my eyebrows up. It is a great time. I get made fun of for that.... but thanks for being a cool idol :)

Day 10: Someone you don't talk to as much as you'd like to:
Dear KJ,
I miss you so much! I was SO sad when you left our school in 8th grade. I only got to know you for a year but you were my best friend. I think about you a lot and sometimes I see you at events, which is GREAT! You are growing up, just like us I guess, but you look older everytime I see you. I just can't wait for high school when I can actually see you and TALK to you! I miss you ;)

Day 11: Someone who died.
Is it not ironic that the day I write to someone who has died, it happens to be on September 11? And besides it being 9/11, it is also my grandma's birthday today. She passed away a few years ago and I miss her so much. I think about her a lot on this day and how wonderful she was. I miss her house and her good smelling perfume. I miss her hugs and the popsicles she *always* had for us in the freezer. She slept with the radio on all night, she always had a cookie jar in the corner I couldn't reach, she always made popcorn balls at Christmas, she had a closet full of toys, she wore a pink and yellow shirt that was my favorite, she ALWAYS was watching baseball, and she was always excited to see me. I miss her smile. She was such an amazing grandma. She was so pretty and I love seeing pictures of her on her gorgeous horses. I really miss her, but I know I will see her again.
