Today I taught my niece how to make a wish on your eyelash, then blow it away.
I found a loose eyelash on her cheek, put it on my finger, then explained if you make a wish and blow the eyelash away, it will come true. She thought about what to wish for for a long time, then finally blew it away...
It's little sweet things like this that make me excited for being a mother. Teaching them little joys, little things like that.
I can't wait.
That's how I feel too. It's exciting to think about.
