The Brain, the Asian, the Toney, the Soul, and myself.

Biology. What a great subject. I can take to cellular division and photosynthesis all day, but animal disection is what gets me going! We got pigs this time, which was awesome. You can't see in the pictures, but ours had spots on it... what a cute fetus!
I really get into this. I was the only one in our group who didn't wear gloves and I ended up doing most of the cutting and pulling out of guts. It rocked.
Here, you can see the intestines and the liver. Also notice how our pig is holding the sharp tools in his hands (hoofs?). He liked to help, that sweetheart.

This is Alan with the heart. The heart was wicked awesome because you could squeeze it all the way and it would inflate back up! It was like giving CPR to an organ. Minus mouth to mouth..... which I tried below:
JK. I just ate it.... nbd... ;)
The best part by far was the brain. It is really hard to get through the skull, but he used his muscles and conquered. It looked like just what I thought it would. I should have gotten a picture, but my hands were sticky with preservation fluid and pig insides. Mmmmhm.
