Priggity-PROM! It was a glorious night. First prom ever.... and I definitely loved it. I went with my neighbor who happens to be a very good friend of mine, which made it way fun. We had 4 couples in our group and drove in a kidnapper van, which we then nicknamed the Prombus (We chanted Prom Bus all night long.... but i love that it sounds like rhombus...). We ate dinner at a fancy Italian restaraunt in SLC and then went to the dance like 2 hours late! We missed all the slow dances... whoops. But the dancing was SO fun and seeing everyone dressed up.
To remind you, this is the dress I made. I felt like such a cheap homemaked (not a bad thing) because I made my dress, did my hair, and bought everything else on clearance.
My date's mom. She brought them up before our date. Just in case.
