Quotes from Christmas Weekend

"She's a dude. I'm a dude. We're all dudes."
"I only know about [the medical situation] in England because of my Star Trek podcast."
"Person 1: Dave sang me a song while he gave Owen a bath today.
Person 2: And that is really big... cause he never sings in public.
Person 3: Well...it was in the bathroom..."
"We have texted a lot the past two days. I hope that doesn't mean we're lesbians."
Anyways... here is a recap of Christmas break:
Tyler came home from Iowa and we have watched our share of movies. I went to Get Air and spent lots of time with some good friends. It was 57 degrees for two days in a row and I rode my bike and sat on the porch by myself after curfew (shhh.....) and I played basketball. I have played my orange ukulele and bunch and have my new iPod on myself all the time. Played cards at least every day. That boy that I really like.... he brought me flowers on Christmas Eve. Nice week.

tradition

There's a little boy who lives in my neighborhood that I don't know.
We aren't in the same ward, and are years apart, so we don't know each other at all.
But every day when I walk home from school, we get to the cross-walk at the same time.
We are the only people there and hardly talk to each other.
But we started a tradition.
We race each other up the street.
There's a little boy who lives in my neighborhood that I don't know.

I love relationships like that. Not relationships where you don't talk, but relationships
with people you don't even know. It's fun, eh? Like that guy in glasses and boots that
you pass every day on the sidewalk. It's like you have this understanding with people.
I like people.

i feel like i learned something.....

I have a major-jones for Micheal Cera. Seriously. I love him! He is my celeb-crush. Even more than Matt Damon. I first saw him in Juno, then just again in Scot Pilgrim vs. The World. Which by the way is my new favorite movie! It is hilarious. Video game references, funny lines, and Micheal Cera is just amazing. He is in a band too! He does everything.
I love his boy voice.

"I feel like I actually learned something!... Too bad I'm dead..."

"Scott earned the power of self-respect!"

"Her name is Knives. She is Chinese."

"Part of the mourning period is dating a high-schooler."

Vegan powers ;)

"I really will leave forever now."

"He's is actually really nice! We are having brunch next week"
