It's true.
Lexie and I went to the Library yesterday and it was the best. We rode our bikes (mine being a mountain bike hand-me-down, Lexie's being a gorgeous yellow beach bike) and it was kind of hot. It was honestly a little sad that I was so unfamiliar with the set up there. Good thing Lexie knew what she was doing. I checked out ONE book that is continuing in the series I am reading, and Lexie checked out what... FIVE books? She is awesome. So about this book I got. Recommended by my sewing teacher, I went and bought it the same day. It is called The Sound Of Rain by Anita Stansfield. She is a LDS author who wrote this five-part series. I started the book Sunday afternoon and finished it on Monday. That included staying up til 4 a.m. also :) I couldn't put it down. I can't even say how much I have missed reading. It was a lot about music and love. It made me realize I could not live without my piano and my guitar. I feel like reading makes me a deeper, more capable to feel, human being. The second half of this book is the most emotional thing I have read. I won't give anything away, but it was hard to imagine and get through. I felt a lot of sympathy, love, complete anger, unbelief..... the list goes on. Literature sure knows how to make you feel.
